Privacy Policy

• Account data — name, email, avatar, password hash (or Google sign-in identifier).
• Usage data — prompts, uploads, generated text, images, audio and video, plus which studio produced them.
• Billing data — plan, credit balance, transactions and payment references. Full card numbers never reach our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, and error logs used for security and debugging.

• To run the AI studios and return your results.
• To keep your generation history and receipts available to you.
• To meter credits, process payments and prevent abuse or fraud.
• To send transactional email (payment confirmations, password resets).
• To improve reliability and fix bugs.

We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with:

• AI model providers — your prompt and uploads are sent to generate a result.
• Payment processor (EPS — Easy Payment System) — to take payment and verify it.
• Hosting, database and email providers — to store data and deliver messages.
• Authorities, when legally required.

Data is stored in our managed cloud backend with row-level security, so each account can only read its own rows. Avatars and generated media live in private buckets and are served through short-lived signed URLs. Traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Generation history and media are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Payment records are kept longer where accounting law requires it. Deleting your account removes your profile, history and media within 30 days.

• Access and export your history and credit activity (CSV/PDF in the app).
• Correct your name and avatar from Settings.
• Delete individual generations, or request full account deletion.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, where the law allows.

We use only essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.

Nenovix AI is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child created an account, we will delete it.
