By signing up, signing in, or using any part of Nenovix AI you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Nenovix AI on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind that company.

• You must give accurate details and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person or organisation per account; do not share credentials.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Plans are billed in advance through our payment partner (EPS — Easy Payment System) in BDT or USD, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Credits are consumed each time you run an AI studio. Different outputs cost different amounts (text, image, video, voice).
• Credits are prepaid digital goods: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire when your account is deleted.
• You can cancel any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices and credit costs may change with prior notice.

You agree not to use Nenovix AI to generate or distribute:

• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone's rights.
• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Malware, spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive deepfakes of real people.
• Harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
• Automated scraping, reselling raw API access, or attempts to bypass credit limits or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.

You keep ownership of the prompts and files you upload. Subject to payment, you also own the outputs you generate and may use them commercially. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your content only to operate the service. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to other users' output — review it before relying on it.

Nenovix AI routes requests to third-party model providers. Availability, speed and model versions can change, and a studio may be paused or replaced. We do our best to keep parity, but we cannot guarantee any specific model remains available.

We aim for high uptime, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. Maintenance, outages of upstream providers, or abuse mitigation may interrupt access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nenovix AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or legal requirements. On termination, unused credits are forfeited.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update. Questions? Email support@nenovixai.com.
